DALI underwear
Build your boxer-brief range with DALI, from short trunks to longer-leg styles. Fabric, waistband and garment teams review the complete fit, including leg openings and front-panel construction, before bulk production. Send a reference style and size range so we can discuss the cut, materials and retail pack together.

Product development
DALI coordinates the body fabric, front-panel construction and waistband around the intended boxer-brief fit. Cotton, modal, nylon and stretch blends offer different starting points for handfeel and recovery; the selected material is reviewed with rise, leg length and coverage. Sample comments on leg ride-up, seam contact or waistband tension are connected to those references so the next revision addresses the garment as a whole.
Develop the fabric, fit and branded waistband as one product with DALI. For a cotton-rich or modal boxer-brief range, compare the proposed blend, fabric weight and stretch recovery against the same fit reference. Short trunks and longer-leg styles also need their own leg-opening and inseam specifications. Share your style mix and quantities by color and size so the material, garment and retail-pack requirements can be reviewed together.
Developing boxer briefs with DALI
DALI can review the fabric and waistband with the proposed panel construction. Record inseam, leg opening and waistband changes together so a revised fabric or elastic does not silently alter the approved silhouette.
DALI connects fabric development, elastic production and garment making within one network. This allows a waistband or fabric change to be reviewed with fit and construction, rather than as an isolated component purchase.
Named garment site and workplace assessment; specified fabric and elastic documentation; sample approval and product test requirements.
Audits and material documentation →Sample and project review
The team reviews the waistband on the garment, including artwork repeat, join position, width and relaxed and extended measurements. Fit comments and accepted construction changes are brought into the measurement and material records. The approved reference then supports cutting, sewing and inspection rather than leaving the factory to interpret development correspondence.
DALI connects garment quantities with the proposed size ratio, color mix and selling unit. A multipack has its own contents, barcode and artwork requirements in addition to the approved garment. A reference product and estimated bulk quantity provide the starting point; material options, sample objectives and the quotation basis can be developed with the team.

A boxer-brief buying decision involves more than a garment silhouette. DALI's separate fabric and elastic product lines give your team a way to discuss the body material, branded waistband and finished garment within the same development process.

Yes. DALI's product lines include garments, fabrics and elastic waistbands. Share the silhouette, artwork, proposed waistband width and quantity so the team can review the garment and component requirements together.
No. A reference garment or photographs, intended wearer, size range and estimated bulk quantity are enough to begin a discussion. Measurements, construction, sample objectives and the final specification are then agreed for the style.
Minimum quantities depend on the style, fabric, waistband design, color and size breakdown, and retail-pack structure. DALI focuses on bulk brand and retail orders; sampling can be discussed for the proposed production program.
