DALI elastics & trims
Develop elastic waistbands carrying your brand identity with DALI. Elastic and garment teams coordinate logo scale, repeat, color and attachment, reviewing how the design appears both relaxed and worn. Share your authorized artwork and garment reference to discuss the construction, width and sample requirements.

Product development
DALI's elastic team reviews woven or knitted construction, width, stretch and recovery with the garment position and attachment. Artwork repeat, edge appearance and join position are considered together. The component sample establishes both the visual reference and the dimensions needed for garment evaluation.
Make the waistband artwork work with the garment fit. For a jacquard elastic waistband request, send the logo repeat, proposed width, colors and garment position so DALI can review the construction and sampling route. Check the appearance in relaxed and extended conditions, including the waistband join. Confirm quantities by width, color and design, and whether the band is supplied in rolls, cut lengths or as part of a garment order.
Developing branded elastic waistbands with DALI
DALI can coordinate waistband development with garment fit. Confirm artwork ownership, repeat length, color and seam joining, then review readability on the finished sample rather than approving a flat artwork file alone.
DALI's Jinjiang elastic operation links component development with garment manufacturing. Waistbands and straps can be considered with attachment and fit; ribbons and lace are specified as distinct trims rather than assumed to follow the same production route.
Named component supplier and relevant process; width, construction, stretch and recovery requirements; artwork or color approval; material and claim documents for the specified trim.
Audits and material documentation →Sample and project review
Logo appearance can change as a waistband extends, and different cut lengths can move the repeat at the join. DALI connects relaxed and extended measurements with the artwork and attachment reference. Sample comments on comfort, edge tension and branding are reviewed on the intended garment before the combination is accepted.
DALI can discuss elastic waistband supply independently or with a finished-garment collection. The order reference connects construction, color, artwork version, quantity and roll or cut-length format. Begin with the intended width, use and artwork; the team can work through remaining material and sample questions with you.

Yes. State that the inquiry concerns component supply and identify the receiving factory, artwork, width, colors and estimated quantity. Construction, minimum quantities and commercial terms are confirmed for the proposed trim.
Different waistband cut lengths can change the repeat at the join. Review the artwork in relaxed and extended conditions and confirm the cut length and join appearance for the relevant sizes.
A photograph or reference trim can start the discussion. Production artwork and permission to use the branding are needed before approving the final logo design, colors and repeat.
Product development and supply
Discuss the component, garment position, width, artwork and quantity. DALI reviews elastic construction and sample requirements for separate trim supply or a finished-garment program.
