A sample can establish fit, material selection, construction, artwork or packaging. DALI's development team reviews the objective and available references with the proposed bulk order. Identify what needs evaluation and which components will represent the intended production specification.

Review the order structure, not only a total
Minimum quantities depend on the product, materials and order breakdown. For garments, separate styles, colors and sizes; for socks, distinguish pairs from retail packs. Fabric and trim projects need an agreed quantity unit, width or construction and color breakdown. The team uses these inputs to review the proposed development and production requirements.
03
Connect approval to the bulk specification
Record sample comments against the style and version. A fit approval, material approval and packaging approval address different decisions. Align the accepted references and remaining revisions before production approval. Sample arrangements, costs and timing are agreed for the proposed work.
01Can I ask about MOQ before I have a technical pack?
Yes. Describe the product, material selection and estimated quantities. The team can discuss the factors that affect the minimum order.
02Does sampling mean small production orders are accepted?
Sampling supports proposed bulk manufacturing orders. DALI focuses on bulk orders for brands and retailers.
03Are sample costs or delivery times fixed?
Sample costs and lead times depend on the materials, construction and sample objective. Confirm the scope, schedule and shipping arrangements with DALI for your project.
Use the guide to organize the information you have, then discuss your product and estimated bulk requirement with DALI. A complete worksheet or technical pack is not required for the first conversation.
