DALI underwear

Thong Underwear Manufacturer

Source thong underwear from DALI with the coverage, side profile and edge finish defined for your brand. Our underwear teams bring fabric and elastic choices into the fit review, paying particular attention to the narrow back, gusset and skin-contact seams. Share your design to discuss sewn or bonded construction options.

Product development

Material and edge construction for the intended coverage

DALI develops thong underwear with the body fabric, gusset, waist position and leg edges considered together. Narrow side dimensions and reduced back coverage make edge tension and seam placement important parts of the fit discussion. Sewn, elasticated and bonded constructions need their own material and sample review; they are not interchangeable finishing labels.

Developing thong underwear with DALI

Control narrow-edge finishing and contact points.

Review the width and position of the back panel, gusset and edge finish with the chosen stretch material. The sample record should distinguish coverage changes from elastic-tension changes so corrections remain traceable.

Fabric, elastics and garment development

DALI connects fabric development, elastic production and garment making within one network. This allows a waistband or fabric change to be reviewed with fit and construction, rather than as an isolated component purchase.

Material and fit approvals

Named garment site and workplace assessment; specified fabric and elastic documentation; sample approval and product test requirements.

Sample and project review

Evaluate fit on the complete garment

The team connects comments on gusset position, seam contact, side dimensions and waist tension to the sample's material and measurement reference. Front and back coverage are evaluated together. Accepted changes provide a clearer basis for grading and production than an isolated front-view approval.

Start with the silhouette and bulk requirement

A reference shape, intended wearer, destination and estimated pieces provide a starting point. DALI identifies the fabric, edge construction and sample work needed next, then connects size and color quantities with any retail-pack requirements. Detailed measurements can be developed with your team before the production specification is accepted.

Product and supplier review

Connect material, fit and factory review

DALI coordinates body fabric, gusset, waistband and garment development in the same review. Sample comments on coverage, seam contact and elastic tension are connected to the material and measurement references used for bulk production. The relevant factory and material records support your supplier approval alongside the product review.

Frequently asked

Buyer questions

01What should the sample show beyond the front appearance?

Review the side connection, back shape, gusset position and edge tension. These features define the construction together; front artwork alone does not establish the complete garment reference.
