Fabric production workshop

DALI sleepwear

Robe Manufacturer

DALI supplies robes developed around your collection's fabric, silhouette and fastening details. Material and garment teams coordinate collar, sleeve, belt and pocket construction, with the belt and other components included in retail-pack planning. Share a reference robe and size range to discuss the fit and finish.

Product development

Define the construction of robes

Show belt, belt-loop, pocket and collar positions. Identify the main fabric, any lining and the intended wearer, and describe material weight and handfeel separately from the garment size.

  • Body length and front overlap
  • Belt, loop, pocket and collar layout
  • Fabric weight and selling-unit components

For private-label robes, agree the intended use and material before comparing quotations. Belt attachment, overlap, pocket placement and garment length should be reviewed against the size range, not only the presentation sample.

Discuss robes

Developing robes with DALI

Specify closure, belt and pocket construction with fabric bulk.

Discuss belt placement, loop positions and collar or hood construction with the proposed material. DALI can review finishing and retail presentation together, including how the folded garment and loose belt are packed.

Fabric, color and garment coordination

DALI connects material selection with robe construction and retail presentation. Review the robe body, belt and other included components against one approved reference, then confirm folded dimensions, labels and pack contents.

Sample and project review

Sample review and approval

Review overlap and coverage alongside belt position, pocket access and sleeve length. Check the components included in the selling unit so a separate belt is not missing from the packing specification.

Review the proposed production brief

For robes, DALI reviews body length and front overlap; belt, loop, pocket and collar layout; fabric weight and selling-unit components. Connect the robe body, belt and any included accessories to the same approved reference and packing list.

Product and supplier review

Align fabric performance and supplier requirements

DALI coordinates the fabric, print, trims and garment dimensions across the collection. For a set, top and bottom references remain connected through sample review, quantity planning and retail packing. Material or artwork changes are considered against both pieces and the intended selling unit.
