Fabric production workshop

DALI sleepwear

Nightgown Manufacturer

DALI develops nightgowns with fabric, neckline and garment length considered together. Fabric production, dyeing and garment making support the coordination of handfeel, drape, trims and finished fit for your sleepwear collection. Send a style reference and target wearer to discuss material options and sampling.

Product development

Define the construction of nightgowns

Mark neckline, straps or sleeves, hem shape and any lace or contrast panels. Specify lining or opacity requirements where relevant and show how length changes across the size range.

  • Garment length and coverage
  • Neckline, sleeve or strap construction
  • Trim, lining and market requirements

For cotton nighties or nightgowns, specify the actual fiber composition and fabric weight, then check finished length after the agreed wash procedure. A cotton description alone does not establish shrinkage or opacity.

Developing nightgowns with DALI

Review drape, length and neckline as a combined fit decision.

Fabric weight and stretch affect how a long garment hangs. Compare the neckline finish, hem and side openings with the intended wearer; record the agreed length and measurements after the specified care procedure instead of relying on silhouette photos.

Fabric, color and garment coordination

DALI connects fabric development, dyeing and garment production for single-piece sleepwear. Fabric, neckline, hem, trims and finished measurements follow the same nightgown reference through sample review and retail-pack development.

Sleepwear manufacturing

Garment and retail-pack approvals

Named garment site; approved fabric and color references; wearer and destination requirements; garment, care-label and retail-pack approvals.

Sample and project review

Sample review and approval

Review neckline stability, coverage, seam contact and finished length. Supply sleepwear-specific buyer and market requirements for the actual garment rather than assuming an adult style and a children's style share the same approval criteria.

Review the proposed production brief

For nightgowns, DALI reviews garment length and coverage; neckline, sleeve or strap construction; trim, lining and market requirements. Identify the wearer, seasonal material reference, finished measurements and packing format for the single garment.

Product and supplier review

Align fabric performance and supplier requirements

DALI coordinates the fabric, print, trims and garment dimensions across the collection. For a set, top and bottom references remain connected through sample review, quantity planning and retail packing. Material or artwork changes are considered against both pieces and the intended selling unit.

Frequently asked

Buyer questions

01Which measurements define the intended nightgown silhouette?

Specify body length, chest and hem width, neckline and any sleeve dimensions. Review fabric weight, drape and trim with that reference so the sample evaluation is tied to the intended wearer and fit.
