DALI swimwear
DALI develops one-piece swimwear with shell fabric, lining and elastic choices linked to torso fit and coverage. Our material and garment teams review straps, openings and any support components as a complete design. Send your style reference and intended use to discuss samples and the required product evaluations.

Product development
DALI reviews body length, neckline, back shape and leg coverage with straps, lining and support construction. These decisions affect one connected garment rather than independent measurement points. Sample comments are linked to the intended fit and size reference, including the relationship between shoulder tension and lower-body coverage.
Review the full garment fit, not only the fabric stretch. DALI develops one-piece swimwear around your torso-length, coverage, neckline and strap references. Confirm lining coverage and elastic placement with the proposed shell fabric before approving the sample. Separate the required performance tests from visual and fit approval, and state the destination market, size breakdown and branding requirements for the proposed bulk order.
Developing one-piece swimwear with DALI
A change in stretch direction or lining can alter the fit of a one-piece. Review leg openings, straps and body length with the shell-and-lining combination, then agree the performance tests relevant to the intended use.
DALI's swimwear portfolio can be discussed alongside its fabric, elastic and garment capabilities. The proposed style, lining, hardware and intended use determine the sampling and testing route; a material name alone does not establish finished-product performance.
Proposed site and applicable workplace records; shell and lining specifications; hardware and fit approvals; agreed performance tests for the intended use.
Audits and material documentation →Sample and project review
Fabric and garment teams consider shell fabric, lining and elastic together, including stretch, recovery, seam behavior and opacity in the proposed construction. Required chlorine, colorfastness or other performance evaluations use agreed conditions and criteria for the actual materials. A fiber name alone is not used to establish the performance of the swimsuit.
DALI connects the accepted silhouette with size, color and print requirements, then reviews hygiene labels, care information, hangtags and retail packs. Start with a style reference, wearer, destination and estimated quantities. Material choices, the sample objective and supplier requirements can be developed through the first discussion.

The garment connects the shoulder and lower body, so torso length affects strap tension, neckline position and coverage. Include the body-length measurement and evaluation reference alongside width and circumference measurements.
Describe the intended use and required coverage, and provide any performance test method and acceptance criteria. Requested performance is evaluated for the actual materials and construction rather than inferred from a fiber name.
Send the style reference, wearer, size range, destination and estimated quantity, plus any lining, support, hardware or required test details already available. The remaining development decisions can be discussed with the team.
