DALI swimwear

Bikini Manufacturer

DALI develops bikinis for brand and retail assortments, coordinating shell fabric, lining, elastics and garment construction. Tops and bottoms are reviewed separately for fit, then brought together for color, size pairing and presentation. Share your collection brief to discuss matched sets or separately sized pieces.

Define the construction of bikinis

Show elastic, hardware and closure positions on each component. Identify main fabric and lining separately and specify whether customers buy paired sizes or separate pieces.

  • Fabric, lining and hardware requirements
  • Paired-size or separate-piece assortment

OEM bikinis for your swimwear collection

Develop bikini tops and bottoms as coordinated products, with each fit clearly specified. DALI reviews the shell fabric, lining, elastic and component requirements against your design. Confirm whether tops and bottoms are ordered in fixed sets or as separate sizes, then connect print placement, colors and quantities to that selling format. The approved samples establish the combination of coverage, support and construction for bulk production.

Discuss bikinis

Developing bikinis with DALI

Separate top, bottom and size-combination decisions.

Agree support, lining and fastenings for the top separately from bottom coverage. Review the assembled sample with the chosen elastic and hardware; define whether the assortment is sold as matched sets or separate sizes.

Fabric, lining and garment development

DALI's swimwear portfolio can be discussed alongside its fabric, elastic and garment capabilities. The proposed style, lining, hardware and intended use determine the sampling and testing route; a material name alone does not establish finished-product performance.

Sample and project review

Sample review and approval

Review fit and coverage on both pieces, including elastic attachment and hardware contact. Any requested chlorine, UV or colorfastness result needs an agreed test for the actual material and garment, not a universal swimwear claim.

Review the proposed production brief

For bikinis, DALI reviews separate top and bottom measurements; fabric, lining and hardware requirements; paired-size or separate-piece assortment. Connect the proposed fabric, lining and component references with the relevant size range and requested product evaluations.

Product and supplier review

Review the complete material combination

DALI reviews shell fabric, lining, elastics and hardware as a complete garment combination. Torso dimensions, strap position and coverage are considered with material stretch and recovery. The approved sample and any required product tests establish the reference for bulk production rather than a single component certificate.

Frequently asked

Buyer questions

01Can bikini tops and bottoms use different size ratios?

State each piece and its size allocation separately, then identify how the pieces are paired in the retail unit. Main fabric, lining, elastic and attachment details should refer to the correct top or bottom.
