DALI socks
DALI develops running socks for sportswear collections, connecting yarn selection with knitting, finishing and fit. Your cushioning, ventilation and reinforcement requirements can be reviewed as a zone-by-zone construction brief. Share the intended activity and footwear so sample development and any performance tests address the same product requirements.

Product development
DALI's sock teams review yarn, cushioning, reinforcement and ventilation positions with the intended wearer and footwear. Cuff height, heel shape and toe construction are considered as part of the same knitted design. The development sample provides a way to evaluate those choices together before the structure is accepted for the range.
Place cushioning where the product needs it. DALI reviews the proposed terry zones, ventilation areas and reinforcement with the yarn, shoe type and intended activity. A targeted sole cushion and a fully cushioned foot create different fit and thickness requirements. Mark the zones on your drawing and evaluate the sample in the intended footwear. Agree any performance test separately from the construction brief before making a product claim.
Developing running socks with DALI
Map cushioning, mesh areas and arch construction on the artwork. DALI can review those requirements with yarn, knitting and finishing; moisture, abrasion or other performance claims need agreed test methods, not only a fiber description.
Dedicated sock manufacturing in Jiangsu and Cambodia connects yarn selection, knitted artwork, sizing, finishing and retail pair packs. The proposed site is reviewed against the actual sock construction and order plan.
Named sock factory and assessment scope; yarn composition and any requested material claim; size, artwork, finishing and pack approvals.
Audits and material documentation →Sample and project review
The team connects sample comments on fit, seam contact and knitted-zone placement with the yarn and construction reference. Where moisture-management, abrasion or laundering performance is required, the agreed method and criteria define what needs evaluation. A requested feature is not treated as a measured result until the actual sock and material have been assessed.
China and Cambodia sock operations support the manufacturing discussion for the proposed range. DALI connects accepted samples with pair quantities, size ratios, color mixes and finishing requirements. Header cards, bands, hangtags and barcodes follow the selling-unit structure so pack artwork describes the same assortment as the manufacturing order.

Mark the desired areas, thickness preference, intended activity and footwear on the design brief. The team reviews yarn and construction feasibility, then agrees what the sample and any required tests will evaluate.
DALI's China and Cambodia manufacturing network includes sock production. The proposed factory, production specification and supplier-review documents are confirmed for the individual order.
Provide estimated pairs by size and color, pairs per retail pack and the expected delivery window. Minimum quantities and timing are confirmed for the design, yarn and order structure.
